The rooms are newly decorated and good sized with seaside features and our experience is very lovely. The breakfasts are sensational and GREAT with fab value and home-made bread and really good sausages....

The staff were welcoming and polite and assisted us greatly. The breakfast was excellent and there was a wide array of food to choose from.

The Reception Staff very helpful and pleasant.
No complaints but just a comment ~ Single room compact and adequate but didnt have a chair in the room to sit on and read the paper!

I thoroughly enjoyed the lovely, nautical decor . The accessibility to the beach through the beautiful Boscombe Chine Gardens was an added delight for my leisurely strolls.
